While all the rage is about how AI does creative work, we want to explore new tools and methods how AI can empower creatives to do their work even better.

The debate about AI taking over creative work is everywhere and we want to explore tools and processes that enable creatives to do completely new and exciting things. Combining all of our experiments and ideas in one place, we are very happy to release the first version of Tame OS.

At the core of Tame OS is a personal AI agent, “O” (for operator; or you can name it yourself) that adapts to your preferences over time. It can help in various stages of the creative process by listening, asking the right questions, extending your memory, and sometimes even coming up with its own ideas. O is trained on our human-written dataset, which steers its personality and skills, making it sound less like plain “ChatGPT”.

Tools

O can access four main tools (image, graphic, color, and text), each having its subset of tools. For example, the image tool has subsets for generating a default image, a product rendering, or a custom emoji. O is trained to pick the right tool for the right situation without you having to ask explicitly. Please note that this is still experimental and needs to be further refined.

Customization

The idea is simple: you start with a blank white space, which over time becomes your own. Not only does the AI customize automatically, but you can also personalize the interface by choosing themes, fonts in different sizes, weights, and more.

Outlook

This is still quite a primitive version of where we want to go; there will be bugs, and things might still be unclear. But in order to make it better, we need to collect feedback.
